Let’s talk.The role is key inside the supplies team on MPS, resource is going to be able to work on daily orders for our customers and manage daily escalations, analysis and improvement of root causes of the escalations received with an excellent soft skills and time management, as well needs to have a good communication with our stationers to solve any issues on delays, labels, etc also provide accurate forecast based on shipments historical data.
