As a Project Manager at Kyndryl, you'll be just that – a trusted advisor helping customers achieve their goals and surpass even their own expectations.We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead key workstreams in an enterprise transformation program focused on IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM). This role will drive the design, deployment, and operationalization of end-to-end asset management workflows, governance processes, and supporting solutions to enable full lifecycle management and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams to deliver ITAM and SAM process transformation across business, IT, operations, and compliance functions.Develop and execute detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, and resource allocations aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.Manage end-to-end implementation of asset lifecycle workflows, including:Asset discovery and inventory processesAsset intake, onboarding, and procurement workflowsLicense entitlement management and optimizationSoftware request and fulfillment workflowsContract and vendor management integrationsCompliance monitoring, audit, and reporting automationCollaborate with Process Owners, SAM Architects, ITSM Owners, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to align process definitions, data models, and operational policies.Oversee tooling design, configuration, and deployment (e.g., ServiceNow SAM Pro, HAM, Flexera, Snow, or other ITAM/SAM solutions).Establish governance frameworks, RACI models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement cadences.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure transparent reporting to executive leadership.At Kyndryl, we value collaboration and teamwork. 7+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on enterprise IT transformations.
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) program implementations.
Proven success managing enterprise-scale ITAM/SAM tool deployments (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, etc.).
Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL), IT governance (COBIT), and enterprise architecture models.
Solid understanding of procurement, vendor management, license models (SaaS, perpetual, subscription), and compliance audit requirements.
Experience integrating ITAM/SAM processes with financial, contract, CMDB, and procurement systems.
Expertise in process design, workflow automation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Must Requirements

PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications
ServiceNow certifications or equivalent certifications
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) program implementations.
Proven success managing enterprise-scale ITAM/SAM tool deployments (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow, etc.).
Solid understanding of procurement, vendor management, license models (SaaS, perpetual, subscription), and compliance audit requirements.

Preferred Skills and Experience
