- It will prepare cocktail recipes according to the outlet concept and current trend, always following FS standards.
- Will provide food and beverage service to our guests and clients.
- Will guide the guest in the concept of the outlet and products, always seeking complete satisfaction of the expectations of our guests and clients, creating epic experiences.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
- Knowledge of high service standards.
- High knowledge of the guidelines for service and health certifications.
- Very Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology and wines.
- Mastery in stressful situations and maintaining high-level service quality.
- High ability to communicate with others.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
- Proactive.

- Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.

- Has knowledge of and applies national liquor regulations, respecting the rules established for minors, intoxicated people, and driving while intoxicated.
- Have full knowledge of the F&B menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, preparation times, etc. According to the outlet concept.
- Ensures the correct set-up and misplace of the bar, during and at the end service period, following established standards.
- Learn and follow the service sequence established under the standards for FS.
- Anticipate the needs of our guests and colleagues.
- Give recognition to our guests and clients.
- Make sure to do the corresponding charges on the bills presented to our clients
- Ensures requesting the corresponding items according to the bar's stock, ensuring supply for the operational service.
- Support in the periodic inventories.
- Ensures the correct protection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic bar products.
