- Manages multiple complex projects simultaneously focused on product development and design validation and verification.
- Utilizes risk management methodologies to escalate issues and guide project teams through Phase Reviews.
- Manages project change requests and maintains alignment among key stakeholders.
- Reports on project status: scheduling, budget, scope, and risks.
- Establishes, communicates, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Motivates the project team.
- Coordinates activities of cross-functional teams.
- Handles Purchase Order Requests.
- Ensures compliance and contributes to the development of ATL's Quality Management System.
- Travels up to 10% of the time.
- Performs other assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Supports or leads continuous improvement projects.
- Contributes to the development of business processes, trains others, and closes gaps in existing processes.
- Coordinates interactions with testing teams, laboratories, and service providers.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in Program/Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a Related Field.
- Knowledge of development prototyping methods: 3D printing, machining, EDM, casting, etc.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes: injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT, etc.
- Knowledge of product development and validation activities: brainstorming, specifications, DFMEA, DFM, Design for Cost Procedures/Protocols/Reports, etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 and their impacts on project schedules and documentation requirements.
- Extensive experience in risk management.
- Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Workfront is a plus).
- Able to understand technical documents such as blueprints, part and assembly drawings, assembly instructions, etc.
- Extensive experience in problem-solving and conflict management.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- MBA is a plus.
