- Own end-to-end recruiting processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Partner with department heads to define role requirements, success metrics, and interview frameworks.
- Implement metrics-driven recruiting strategies for time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health.
- Develop, document, and enforce HR policies (PTO, benefits, PII handling, expense approvals).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations.
- Manage vendor and software procurement.
- Translate company cultural values into operational standards and communications.
- Author and maintain updated onboarding decks, handbooks, and internal announcements.
- Lead live "stress-test" communications drills to validate clarity and procedure adherence.
- Oversee performance management, feedback cycles, and growth planning.
- Design internal branding and orientation programs aligned to business goals.
- Identify high-potential talent and craft targeted development paths.
- Track key HR KPIs: turnover, engagement, time-to-productivity, recruiting cost.
- Analyze patterns and deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Own quarterly reviews of HR processes and systems; prioritize high-impact optimizations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication; unwavering clarity under pressure.
