• Experience working with collections management software or systems.

• Investigate Disputes: Review and analyze disputed collections accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather relevant information and documentation related to disputes.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of dispute resolution activities, including correspondence, supporting documentation, and outcomes.
• Analyze Data: Utilize financial statements, transaction histories, and other relevant data to identify patterns and trends in dispute cases.
• Develop Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions for resolving disputes and preventing future occurrences.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the dispute resolution process.
• Ensure accurate documentation of Dispute activity in High Radius.
• Recommends write-offs of doubtful disputed accounts
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Partner effectively with all customers facing departments to ensure current and accurate dispute submission.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
