The Employee Life Cycle Analyst, Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping.
Often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquires, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Carry out a wide range of routine HR data processing tasks as directed(i.e. new hires, rehires, data changes, assignment changes, etc.); advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
- Manage necessary data exchange (inbound and outbound) with HR vendors.

- Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelors degree on Business Administration or similar role.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles in shared service industry.
- Experience with Workday ATS- Advanced English
