
Logistic Specialist (Invoicing)

- Monitor the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and protection of equipment and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.
- Generate the daily shipment plan looking to achieve the monthly volume and on time delivery goals.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse preparation of sales orders and execute billing processes.
- Analysis, follow-up and resolution of the customer claims.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in industrial engineering, business administration or related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in logistics processes; invoicing experience is preferred.
- Transportation planning processes experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills.
- Availability for rotating schedules.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
- Dispatch claims administration is preferred.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Ability to solve technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability for learning and development.
