Heredia, Costa RicaSGF Global is looking for a Clarity PPM - SME, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.Responsabilities:
- Preparation and management of Detailed Project Plan (For any major release like upgrade etc.), 1st level SPOC
- Overall responsible for work planning/allocation, Clarity PPM team coordination.
- Manage stakeholder involvement and expectations
- Manages overall scope of the project
- Pro-active management of risk and issues register
- Status reporting at various levels
- Manage users training, UAT and user sign-off
- Identify Support requirements
- Work on Complex Change requests
- Extensive knowledge of Clarity PPM
- Clarity PPM development/configuration
- Understanding of Business Processes
- System administration
- SQL and database Management
- Troubleshooting
- End User Support
- Documentation
- Training
