The Junior Pricing Analyst essential functions are as follows:
**System Maintenance**
- Maintain operational data in Oracle for ETOs; for Roxar, Ultrasonic, Coriolis and Mag & Vortex products.
- Maintain and update price lists in Oracle (annualized and Intercompany price lists).
- Create or update trade customer modifiers.
- Create and update pricing agreements.
- Maintain and update Roxar Oracle requests.
- Validate pricing data form Oracle and compare against price book PDF
**Documentation Management**
- Update the price book excel files for Roxar and Coriolis.
- Create Price book PDF for Roxar, Ultrasonic, Mag & Vortex and Coriolis.
- Keep updated records of the price book PDF in the different SharePoint platforms (Europe and United States).
- Distribute the price book PDF globally.
- Provide update to current documentation
**Operational Excellence**
- Identify best practices.
- Troubleshoot quotes and Orders for US Trade Businesses.
**Administrative**
- Document and update training material for the coworkers.
- Review the tickets request platform and assign all tickets to provide a prompt response to the customer.

**Education**
- High School Diploma - Preferred University student (Business / Systems)
**Experience**
- Entry Level
- B1+ English level.

- Work in a team environment, self-motivated and organized.
- Multitask to meet deadlines & prioritize with general supervision.
- Work long hours during close week and when the work is required.
**Tools and Technology**
- User knowledge of general office equipment: copier/printer, computer, etc.
- Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Oracle Experience required is a must
