As a Junior Content Specialist – BCG Vantage, you will play a key role in strengthening BCG's internal knowledge base by supporting the Content Management (CM) team, with a primary focus on the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area.
Your work will center on capturing, curating, and maintaining high-quality content that supports knowledge sharing across BCG.
This includes engaging with case teams to extract meaningful insights, ensuring content is properly documented and aligned with internal standards, and contributing to special content-related initiatives in partnership with the Content Manager and senior team members.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with case teams to capture and document high-impact PIPE case work, writing and indexing case descriptions, and uploading materials to BCG's internal knowledge platform (Navigator).
