This collaborative role combines project coordination with client relationship management, requiring you to develop project plans, facilitate stakeholder coordination, and maintain high-quality project reporting while building trusted advisor relationships. You will play a crucial role in JLL's commitment to delivering strategic solutions for complex business challenges by actively collaborating across teams of technical specialists, applying new technology to drive change, and contributing to successful project delivery that drives client satisfaction through continuous learning and relationship development.What your day-to-day will look like:

Coordinate with client and core team members to develop and document project plans supporting execution while building trusted advisor relationships as subject matter expert
Facilitate project tasks and approvals between stakeholders and act as liaison with client core team members including Legal, IT, Finance, and Security
Deliver high-quality, accurate, timely project reporting while monitoring performance metrics and maintaining project data using required tools and technology
Facilitate new supplier setup and onboarding while preparing contractual documentation for legal review and coordinating contract processing with vendors
Set up projects and maintain updates in client and JLL systems while supporting Project Managers with data management and budget tracking
Coordinate comprehensive contract and purchase order activity while reviewing invoices through client systems to ensure proper documentation and payment
Actively collaborate with global counterparts to establish best practices and drive consistent project delivery while engaging vendors on sustainability efforts.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant industry experience in project management or related field
Proficiency in project management technology tools with ability to adapt to new technologies
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder coordination
Experience with contract coordination, vendor management, and project accounting
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with global counterparts
Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field from accredited institution
Tech sector construction and/or corporate real estate project management experience
Experience working as owner's representative on corporate real estate projects
Knowledge of sustainability tracking and reporting in construction projects
Familiarity with legal review processes and contractual documentation
Background in working with major technology companies or similar corporate environments
Experience with project closeout requirements and comprehensive archiving processes.
