- Coordinate international travel details, including planning itineraries and arranging accommodations and transportation services for clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, including destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, budget considerations, and accommodation requirements.
- Provide clients with tailored travel recommendations and area-specific information, including points of interest, dining options, and special events.
- Communicate international travel procedures and requirements to clients, including passport, visa, and other necessary documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest travel restrictions, regulations, and advisories.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of travel industry trends and practices.
- Passion for discovery, exploration, and adventure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior experience in travel planning, event coordination, or customer service is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
- Must reside in the US, Mexico, Australia, the UK, Peru, Argentina, or Columbia.
