**Requirements**:
- This position requires general software problem-solving skills, experience with Ruby, HTML/CSS, and SQL procedures.
(2-3 years of experience or similar)
- Build and change custom academic reports to client specifications using Ruby, HTML/CSS, and SQL Procedures according to technical specifications
- Provide back-end technical support to clients via a ticketing system or similar, HTML/CSS, and Web and/or UI design.
