We're looking for a Technical Project Manager based in LATAM to lead software development initiatives for a high-impact client in the tech space.This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability.This is a temporary contract for 6 months. Candidates must hold a valid visa and be available to travel to the United States occasionally (1–2 times per quarter).What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launch
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals
Define and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomes
Optimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiency
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Hands-on experience with tools like Shortcut, Jira, and Confluence
Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts
Ability to collaborate synchronously during US Eastern Time hours.
Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S. or Canada.

Nice to Have

PMP or Agile certification
Experience with martech or advertising platforms
