Job Category: Services ProposalsJob Description:As a Proposal Engineer II you´ll develop accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals for control and automation projects in both traditional and renewable power generation. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring proposals meet technical specifications, budget, and deadlines. The position requires solid engineering knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. It contributes directly to business growth by delivering high-quality proposals that align with customer needs and company strategy.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and create new business opportunities for the PWS department!

Develop Control Network Architectures, Define the accurate Hardware and Software for the best Control Solution, Buyouts definition.
Participate in Site Surveys to gather field information and prepare the Installation Specification for third parties.
Development of: cashflow, project cost analysis, commercial and technical proposal, project schedules.
Maintain ongoing communication with sales and operations team across Latin America.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related field).
4-5 years of experience in proposal preparation, estimating, or engineering within industrial automation, control systems, or related industries.
Previous involvement in preparing technical and commercial offers for medium-complexity projects.
English B2+, Portuguese (plus)

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Ability to interpret P&IDs, single-line diagrams, datasheets, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in preparing cost estimates, equipment lists, and proposal documentation.
Experience and understanding of power generation processes for both traditional (thermal, combined cycle, hydro) and renewable (wind, solar, biomass) energy plants.
Presentation and Oral support.
