Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user's specialized role2. Design and implement database in accordance to end users information needs and views3. Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner4. Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data5. Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses6. Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users7. Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards8. Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity9. Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when requiredSkills required:1. Proven working experience as a Database Administrator2. Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications3. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL4. Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding5. Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools6. Familiarity with programming languages API7. Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmicallyNice to Have1. Experience working in SCRUM methodology2. Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges3. Confident, takes ownership, willingness to get the job done4.
