- Drive and coordinate anti-fraud initiatives across complex programs to meet defined business goals and timelines.
- Execute daily responsibilities related to fraud risk mitigation and third-party vendor oversight.
- Conduct control reviews of business metrics and analyze external partner performance using KPIs and SLAs.
- Perform data analysis to validate risk strategies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, impact analysis, and issue remediation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in fraud prevention and risk mitigation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to optimize fraud operations, tools, and policies.
- Track, trend, and analyze business metrics to drive actionable improvements.
- Support internal and external audits and due diligence efforts.
