**This position is a member of the Latin America Regional Local Regulatory Reporting Controllers team, responsible for the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly Dashboard containing relevant key indicators to measure advances in centralization of reports, optimizations and process improvements across the region, and the performance of every team involved in the generation and delivery of local regulatory reports in the regional team which lead to timely decision-making**:
**Additionally, this position will be the link with Risk & Controls, and will support audit preparedness and needed controls associated with the area functions; and will be the link with Technology and countries during budget process**:
**The position acts as a liaison among local CFOs, Controllers, Cluster heads and regional seniors**:** Main Responsibilities**:
- ** Prepare Dashboards, metrics and presentations mainly for Latam LRR head**:
- ** Provide risk & controls support, audit pre-assessments, and oversight for special initiatives and processes**:
- ** Meeting preparation and follow up, Monitoring information flow and Managing time**:
- ** Process improvements**:
- ** Budget process, alignments among countries and gft**:
- ** Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies**:
- ** Assist with special projects within the team**:
**Qualifications**:
- ** Excellent knowledge and understanding in own field or discipline and basic knowledge of other areas of the the business**:
- Project Manager experience or certification desirable
- Experience in Risk and Controls desirable
- Experience in Finance is a must
- Advanced English is a mandatory requirement

**Education**:
