- Responsibilities:
- Contact all suppliers once a month for a copy of their statement, reconcile the supplier's statement against our aging report.
- Resolve all outstanding items with suppliers.
- Request credits or refunds from the supplier.
- Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.
- If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.
- Give support to the supplier with any query that they may have.
- Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years' experience in financial analyst, accounting or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting related degree.
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Oracle and related programs
- Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)
