- Lead in the identification of business requirements and development of the customer story backlog thru “simplification”, “elimination”, “automation”, and “modernization” of the end-to-end process flow.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
- Capture feedback from users and identify “enhancements” of existing functionality.
- Lead and participate in stakeholder workshops.
- Create/Validate End to End Process Flows
- Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements
- Champion transformation and drive adoption with end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community.
- Contribute to Communications and Change Management Planning to ensure successful deployment
- Forward thinking & Innovative with the ability to analyze and design business processes
- Ability to translate Product Owner vision while supporting scrum team day-to-day activities
- Strong leadership skills & communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail required to translate business value into effective User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Able to articulate the holistic benefits of the solution from a business perspective
- Sense of urgency and drive to meet team goals/velocity
- Work across functional teams with ability to collaborate quickly to resolve impediments and provide clarifications
- Work with both internal and external users
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule
- Project manager experience or other functional experience a plus
- SAP, Salesforce, or other systems experience a plus
