The Manager of Customer Success leads the Customer Success teams and is responsible for the growth, development and success of our Customer Success Missions.MCS will connect with key decision makers and stakeholders and oversee all communications between the stakeholder and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and mission execution.
The Manager of Customer Success is accountable for the business strategy development and identify the correct input metrics that drive growth for stakeholders and future expansion of Customer Success Teams.
**Responsibilities**:
Manager will be responsible of developing and implementing strategies to deliver results and a positive experience for our clients
Help identify new business opportunities for the growth and expansion of the customer success division
Create programs for employees (CSM and or CSA) to help implement customer success strategies
Successfully implement strategies to increase adoption and utilization of company's products
Responsible of monitoring the progress and development of the CS team members with the support of the supervisor
Develop and track metrics for the customer and team's success
Work directly with senior manager and supervisor to help CS team members achieve their goals
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive decisions and resolve problems
Implement best practices and strategies to make the CS team more efficient
Analyze data and work with BI team to create effective reporting tools to track team performance and progress
Deliver effective and successful QBRs
**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
>5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
>5 to 8 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
