- Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnostics and Analysis: Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze and identify the root cause of technical problems, ensuring a quick resolution.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Best Practices: Advise clients on best practices for implementing and using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to achieve optimal performance and business outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues that require cross-functional expertise.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
