Sr Full Stack Developer - Digital Innovation

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will work with members of the EXP Labs Digital Engineering team on a variety of efforts related to Digital Innovation (e.g. scouting, ideation, iterative design, coordination, prototyping, MVPs, PoCs, and pilots).
You'll have a voice in helping develop and evolve digital ecosystems and connected experiences across many areas of the Kimberly Clark Business.
Recent projects we led include Web3, NFTs, Blockchain, Machine Learning, Lifecycle Management, and Full Stack Development using React and GraphQL.
**Key Accountabilities**:
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Rapid prototyping and help create a tool kit for rapid test and learns
- Participate in design thinking workshops to create consumer-facing digital projects
- Explore emerging technologies through Learning Points and Position Papers
**Key Qualifications and Experience**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- React / Typescript / JavaScript
- NodeJS
- DevOps - CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure or other cloud providers
- Mentoring full stack and front end engineers
**Preferred Qualifications**:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Prior experience with machine learning
- Prior experience building AR/VR experiences
- Prior experience with an innovation lab
