Hybrid model – You will be expected to work 1 day per week from the office.
Bilingual proficiency required – English C1+.What You'll DoDesign holistic systems, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.Translate business goals and user needs into engaging, scalable, and accessible digital experiences.Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and synthesize insights to guide design decisions.Create and maintain design systems, interaction specifications, and visual guidelines in collaboration with developers.Produce high-quality visual assets, including iconography, illustrations, micro-animations, and communication layouts.Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams.Facilitate design workshops and guide strategic conversations around design solutions.Stay updated with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and emerging technologies such as Gen AI.Contribute to product discovery, pitches, and design best practices.What You'll BringBilingual proficiency (English C1+).3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of complex digital products.Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools.Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), design thinking, information architecture, and interaction design.Familiarity with responsive design, HTML/CSS principles, and platform-specific guidelines (web, mobile, AR/VR).Experience working in agile environments with tools like Miro, Jira, or Confluence.Ability to implement and evolve design systems for large-scale applications.Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices (desirable).Nice to HaveGoogle UX Design Certificate.Nielsen Norman UX Certification.Adobe Certified Expert (ACE).Human-Centered Design training (IDEO, LUMA, or similar).Why Join EX Squared?At EX Squared LATAM, we believe in developing not only digital products—but also careers.
