- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including blog posts, articles, internal newsletters, social media updates, and executive messages aligned with our brand voice.
- Develop and execute internal communications initiatives to keep our employees informed, motivated, and connected.
- Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns that enhance our brand presence.
- Partner with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and brand standards.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights to optimize ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in messaging, style, and tone across all content materials.
- Assist with content creation for company events, product launches, town halls, and change management communications.
- 1–4 years of experience in content creation, corporate communications, marketing, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing social media channels, blogs, or email newsletters.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- A proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
- Experience with internal communications, change management, or corporate storytelling.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise software, or a tech environment.
- Experience creating content for town halls, webinars, or virtual events.
- Skills in video editing or social media Reels creation.
