We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join our team:
**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Contract Type**: Open-ended.
**Job Position**:
We are the JLL Global Communications Team assigned to Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) in one of the largest accounts at JLL.
We are a small team of communicators with representation in countries around the world.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Keeping up with the latest global trends in design, tools, and technology to keep our outreach efforts modern, fresh and effective.
Own both the GREF and JLL brand style guides and ensure compliance across the globe.
Represent both brands when questions arise and ensure team remains in-sync with brand updates.
For JLL team brand, evaluate brand effectiveness and continue to evolve as needed for maximum engagement.
Support the JLL team globally by designing engaging, easy-to-use communication tools and templates, enhancing presentation materials, creating internal event marketing collateral, and producing fun, eye-catching content to connect and mobilize our team across the globe.
Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, understanding best practices for creating a content management system.
Partner with global signage teams for printed, digital or other signage needs, and ensure compliance with GREF and Client design standards.
Act as design liaison to external design agencies as needed for added design support, ensuring adherence to GREF and JLL brand guidelines.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Social Communications, or similar, or equivalent in work and practical experience (portfolio of work and references a must).
Must have high level of spoken and written English.
Adobe Creative Suite - proficient level, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Animation and video tools of your choice to produce professional quality deliverables.
Microsoft Office proficiency, with focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Experience building, creating, and designing websites or landing pages.
Experience with other social media, internal communication, marketing, or collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, and Teams a plus.
Exceptional design skills with strong experience creating engaging content for a variety of global audiences.
Experience working within brand guidelines while still delivering creative, engaging solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills, a natural collaborator, proactive, and always congenial with coworkers, clients, leaders, and customers alike
Ability to remain highly-effective in a remote and global environment while demonstrating cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
