
Territory Sales Representative Manufacturing

- B2B territory sales with a focus on prospecting and selling complex software products and services to new small and medium-sized business (SMB) and Enterprise customers, thereby generating net new revenue while growing existing revenue
- Understand the prospect's needs and market solutions that align with those needs
- Uncover and understand customer requirements to recommend and sell Autodesk products or industry solutions
- Promote and educate both customers and channel partners on selling software as a service in a subscription-based software license model
- Provide the best customer experience
- Expand opportunities and increase average deal sizes by up-selling add-ons and cross-selling a proven and customer-loved portfolio of Autodesk products
- Present accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets
- Account planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies)
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
- College/University Bachelor's degree
- Quota-carrying sales experience selling complex technology solutions, particularly in SaaS
- Previous B2B sales experience selling to SMB or Enterprise accounts
- Proven experience using Salesforce
- Demonstrated success in a structured, disciplined sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team selling
- Experience selling through channel partners
- Experience forecasting and reporting on territory/account activity
- Relentless focus on learning our industries to consistently exceed sales targets
- Required Languages: Spanish and English
- Experience in the software industry, particularly with Autodesk products
- Familiarity with digital design and manufacturing solutions
- Knowledge of subscription-based sales models and SaaS platforms
- Strong network and relationships within Enterprise sectors
- Additional certification in sales or related fields
- Experience with advanced sales tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to mentor and train junior sales team members
- Portuguese fluent preferred
