If yes, we are looking for you!Join our team! The Financial Commissions Production Analyst is a key contributor in the evolution of our commission systems. This role is responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance the commission processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and improving the experience for sales professionals.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Financial Commissions Production Analyst you will:
  • Execute daily production support including configuration build and execution.
  • Identify and propose process improvements, focusing on simplification and efficiency.
  • Liaise with technology leads to preempt issues and optimize the sales team's experience.
  • Directly contribute to the commission's system data handling to ensure accurate compensation.
  • Engage with the commercial systems program to safeguard commission data integrity during system changes.
  • Liaise with technology and operations to complete root cause analysis on production issues.
  • Escalate production issue impact to Commissions Leadership.
  • Coordinate with key partners to define and refine requirements for commission-related initiatives.
  • Execute YOY compensation configuration build, testing and implementation.
  • Proactively identify efficiencies and improvements.
  • Communicate and track manual work arounds to ensure accurate payments.
About YouYou're a fit for the role of Financial Commissions Production Analyst if your background includes:
  • Advanced English proficiency (candidates will be tested before setting up an interview)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or any other equivalent qualification
  • Experience: 3- 5 years of finance operations execution.
  • Solid understanding of Thomson Reuters order processing systems and order data sources.
  • Demonstrated interest in understanding lead to cash activity, how this reflects in our systems and the impact it has on our data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
