- Collaborate with client to ensure incentive plans are aligned with overall business goals and sales strategies.
- Clearly communicate incentive plan details to sales teams, provide training on program mechanics, and address any questions or concerns.
- Track sales performance against incentive plan metrics and publish.
- Ensure all incentive programs comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards as shared by the client
- Manage the sales incentive calculation system, ensuring accurate data input and timely commission payouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and sales operations to ensure smooth implementation and administration of incentive programs.
