Become an EXpert as a Scrum Master - TemporaryAt EX Squared LATAM, we empower global brands through innovative digital strategies. We're looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Latin America. This role is key to guiding our development teams in effectively applying the Scrum framework, ensuring high-quality deliveries, and fostering collaborative, self-organized, and highly productive work environments.If you are an agile leader with a results-driven mindset, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you.6-month contract – Strategic role in delivering high-impact solutions.
Hybrid model – You will be expected to work 1 day per week from the office.What You'll DoLead the implementation of Scrum and ensure its proper application within the team.Facilitate agile events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.Manage schedules, remove impediments, and anticipate risks of delays.Work closely with the Product Manager to align priorities, dependencies, and product progress.Ensure development process quality through strong release and version management practices.Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and consistent value delivery.Promote understanding of the agile framework within the team, serving as a mentor and facilitator.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.English proficiency B2+/C1.4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles.Strong knowledge of object-oriented architecture and microservices.Experience with tools such as GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC/PDLC) and agile methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.Practical, results-oriented approach with the ability to work in distributed teams.Why Join EX Squared?At EX Squared LATAM, we believe in developing not only digital products—but also careers.
