- Conduct Personal Training Sessions: Provide personalized fitness training sessions to guests, focusing on their individual goals and needs.
- Teach Daily Group Classes: Lead group fitness classes on a daily basis, offering a variety of engaging workouts to motivate our guests.
- Lead and Create Wellness Retreat: Organize and lead wellness retreats, curating a transformative experience for participants.
- Develop Exciting Wellness Opportunities: Continuously innovate and expand our fitness and wellness offerings to inspire and engage our guests.
- Flexible Scheduling: Maintain flexible availability to accommodate guest occupancy and requests, ensuring excellent service.
- Guest Interaction: Interact with guests, offering guidance and assistance while maintaining a friendly and discreet presence.
- Supervise Wellness and Fitness Team: Lead, direct, and motivate wellness and fitness professionals and attendants to ensure top-notch operational efficiency.
- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and enforce operational wellness and fitness programming procedures to provide superior guest service.
- Communication with Spa Director/Manager: Keep the Spa Director/Manager informed of fitness operations, collaborating to enhance guest services and programs.
- Be an Ambassador: Represent the Spa, Salon, and Fitness areas as an ambassador, embodying our commitment to guest well-being.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for maintaining inventory levels of operational supplies and retail items, optimizing cost-efficiency.
- Special Projects: Oversee special projects in the fitness areas, such as facility cleaning, capex requests, and deliveries.
- Facility Maintenance: Coordinate with the Spa Director/Manager to address facility maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the Fitness areas.
- Staff Scheduling and Performance Monitoring: Create staff schedules based on occupancy and guest patterns, monitor staff attendance, and ensure performance meets program needs.
- Recruitment: Review employment applications, conduct interviews, and assist the Spa Director/Manager in hiring qualified applicants.
- Onboarding: Orient new hires to company policies and procedures.
- Progressive Discipline: Collaborate with the Spa Director/Manager on progressive disciplinary actions for supervised employees when necessary.
