ATL Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to support production operations, ensure process efficiency, and contribute to the successful implementation of new manufacturing projects. This role is essential in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating across technical and operational teams.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with production standards, product quality, and process flow
- Support production teams in achieving daily operational goals
- Maintain standard manufacturing processes and ensure safety, quality, and volume targets are met
- Analyze systems and production indicators to identify improvement opportunities
- Support CAPA, NCR, and pFMEA activities
- Draft and review technical documentation, including work instructions and reports
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and sales teams on new product introductions and technical transfers
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Licenciatura preferred)
- 4 years of experience in similar roles or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in process development and validation (PFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP, DOE, Scientific Molding) preferred
- Experience in component design for injection molding, metal stamping, and electromechanical devices
- SolidWorks certification preferred
- Strong technical writing skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, vertical molding, wire extrusion, metal stamping, SMT (preferred)
