The Post Execution Quality Senior Reviewer (CoC Analyst) will be part of the ICG KYC Post Execution Quality Review Team unit.
The unit is tasked with conducting quality control reviews across Corporate and Investment Bank, Direct Custody & clearing and Investor services client population.
Responsibility of PEQR team include reviewing approved KYC records and measuring correctness, completeness & consistency of these records.
The role of CoC Analyst will be to act as an additional control layer in the PEQR review process.
CoC Analyst will sample test PEQR checked records and identify areas of improvement.
The team will help PEQR to always be audit ready and provide support in various audit activities.
The role will also focus on developing team knowledge to ensure everyone is updated about changes in process, policies and CitiKYC releases.
**Job Background/context**:
The ICG KYC operations is responsible for providing operational services to our clients across the Institutional Client Group (ICG), through implementing state of the art technologies which promote the collection, research, storage, and processing of KYC data.
The unit is responsible globally to ensure the ICG Business remains compliant to or exceeding the standards mandated by AML/KYC Compliance organization and regulators.
The ICG KYC Post-Execution Quality Review team within the ICG KYC Utility is responsible for performing Post-execution quality reviews on KYC profiles as per guidelines
**Key Responsibilities**:
- The responsibilities of Post Execution Quality Senior Reviewer (CoC Analyst) are as under:_
- Conduct end to end reviews on a sample of PEQR reviewed KYC records (All client types)
- Engage with PEQR reviewers and Regional Leads to share review observations and learnings
- Conduct root cause analysis by identifying & analyzing areas of common misses.
Share these learnings with wider team
- Ensure timely remediation of issues identified during CoC process
- Act as a feedback provider to Regional Leads for monthly performance evaluation
- Deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity
- Provide updates to PEQR Management on monthly basis and support with any follow-up actions
- Work in collaboration with Monitoring & Adherence team, REM team, IPR and AML groups to align review processes
- Prepare a robust Knowledge Management Framework for entire KYC quality team where all key updates in relation to policy, procedures and system enhancements are communicated clearly in a timely manner
- Help with internal knowledge tests for Quality Team members
- Own/Lead departmental projects / initiatives as requested
- Provide support during Audit, KYC Assurance and Compliance Testing submissions
- Representation in various local / regional forums, as applicable
**Knowledge/Experience**:
**_Required_**
- A proven track record with at least 1 years of relevant KYC/AML experience (i.e. Quality Assurance, Client Onboarding, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory)
- Compliance, Audit and Regulatory experience
**_ Preferred_**
- Strong Operations experience desirable
- Global experience would be beneficial
**Skills**:
- Exhibit good written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to work with various Stakeholders/Senior management and build and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to manage team level processes and deliver presentations
- Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Project Management, Strong analytical, and time management skills, excellent attention to detail
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with at least 5 years' experience in relevant domain
- AML/KYC Certifications like ACAMS preferred
