You'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop high-quality training content that supports our business objectives and enhances our employees' professional growth. You'll have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge learning technologies and methodologies while working with a diverse team that embraces more innovative ways of working.What your day-to-day will look like:

Design and develop engaging learning content for various delivery methods including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, and interactive tools
Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and translate complex information into clear, compelling training materials
Create assessment tools to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and relevance
Support the implementation of new learning technologies and platforms
Analyze performance data to refine content and improve learning outcomes
Ensure all learning materials align with JLL's or client’s brand guidelines and organizational values

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in instructional design or content development for corporate learning
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Experience in real estate or professional services industry
Knowledge of video production and editing
Experience with multimedia design tools
Familiarity with learning analytics and data-driven content optimization
Certification in instructional design or e-learning development
Experience working in global, multicultural environments where collaboration across teams is essential
