- A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field
- A minimum of High school/GED. (combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and innovative thinking skills are required
- Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the business and interface effectively across multiple departments

- Oracle and ADP experience preferred, not required.

- Maintain compensation planning (EPA) and incentive compensation solutions (Callidus) to reflect changes to participants records including new hires, termination, transfers
- Administer day to day operations of our commission calculation process to ensure accuracy of all bonus and commission related data in our corporate ERP system and reconcile with ADP, EPA and Callidus
- Process commission and bonus exceptions and overrides
- Investigate commission inquiries from the sales teams to ensure proper commission calculations
- Track, research and resolve commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions
- Audit and reconcile incentive compensation earned, including early allocations and recoveries
- Create compensation ad-hoc reports as needed
- Create and maintains incentive compensation dashboards for various business segments
- Monthly compensation plan audits
- Quarterly internal control audit assignments
- Assists in annual compensation planning execution
- Responds to in person requests, tickets, telephone calls, and email requests
- Other duties as assigned
