Based in Heredia, Costa Rica, the successful candidate will lead and manage the Costa Rica JBS Talent Acquisition Team in driving the recruitment strategy and enabling the growth that JBS has planned for 2025 and beyond. You will play an important part in embedding consistent processes and practices while ensuring continued success against key performance indicators and delivery against challenging growth targets.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy:Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring demands across multiple business lines and locationsDevelop and optimize sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines for recurring or large-scale hiring needsImplement data-driven recruitment approaches to continuously improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire metricsLeverage recruitment technology and automation tools to streamline high-volume processesDevelop/contribute towards employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and develop brand EVPMonitor recruitment analytics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicatorsLeads and Inspires a TeamLead a team of high-volume recruiters, including hiring, training, coaching, and development.Set clear performance expectations, goals, and objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.Effectively allocate resources and delegate responsibilities to maximize productivity and ensure the successful completion of key milestones.Drives Full Cycle Recruitment Activity:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positionsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create efficient recruitment plansUtilize various channels and tools to attract high-quality candidates.Review resumes, conduct initial screenings/interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate the interview and feedback process.Deliver employment offers and negotiate terms as required.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all recruitment activitiesCandidate Relationship Management:Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.Skillfully promoting our brand, values and culture in every connection.Sound like you?
