- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication
- Create and maintain ongoing reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely completion of deliverables
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and driving positive change within the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a financial or technology-related industry
- Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about driving positive change and continuous improvement within the organization.
