Highschool - Bachelor's degree a benefit
- 3 years+ of experience in training and managing onboarding
- Advance level in English language - C1 minimum
- Spanish fluency
Must have experience in:
- Planning and scheduling
- Coordinating with various stakeholders related to joiners
Desired Skills:
- Experience working as a HR onboarding and front facing with employees
- Stakeholder management skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Excel proficiency
**In the role, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing inductions You are responsible for ensuring seamless process for the joiners to the team and subsequent handover to the Operations or HR teams.
You will also be responsible for transition coordination, completing internal company formalities for the new joiners in the team.
