- Follow up on LGD orders with the various departments involved in the process, ensuring billing confirmation.
- Support the monitoring of pending and urgent orders, including status updates (e.g., backorder, allocation, hold), and contribute to identifying solutions.
- Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for the sales team.
- Develop and monitor daily sales performance indicators, manage sales tracking tools (e.g., SFDC), and compile reports.
- Maintain constant communication with LGDs and the Business Manager to ensure visibility on the above processes.
- Coordinate TACs for procedures.
- Provide administrative support for sales management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Analytical mindset with multitasking capabilities.
- Proven customer service orientation.
- Strong team player with the ability to work within a corporate matrix structure.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SFDC).
- Familiarity with the medical device or healthcare industry.
