- Promote and sell touristic packages to group customers, travel agencies, schools, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout the booking process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about current travel trends, destination highlights, and industry developments to offer relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
- Coordinate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in group sales, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of Costa Rica's tourism destinations, attractions, and travel services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent work experience in tourism or related fields.
- Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to be employed in the country of operation.
- Experience with Tour Plan Software system, Google Drive and Office packages.
- B1 Costarrican Driver license.
