Job Description:

Provide support by collecting, entering, maintaining, and calculating information.
Prepare reports, resolve discrepancies, and maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
Provide information by answering questions and requests.
Cooperate with payroll colleagues as well as vendors providing services/support.
This role will handle some or all of the following areas: Compensation, Pension, Benefits, Health & Welfare.
**Responsibilities**:
- HR Data Analytics and Insights Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
This includes providing report requirements to properly derive insights.
- Client Relationship Management Build effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders/ vendors and contribute to the HR partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
- Data Collection and Analysis Extract relevant data from information provided by others and other relevant data sources and conduct analysis using standard available tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Operational Compliance Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
Skills/Education- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Experience 4+ years on similar roles- Ability to analyze business and technical processes and determine ways of making them more efficient.
- Strong initiative and confidence; seen as a leader and "go getter."
Must be able to facilitate as needed.
- Effective interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills required.
- Must be highly organized with close attention to detail and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while continuing to meet established deadlines.
