- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role with thorough understanding of the customer journey
- Relevant certification in email marketing or related fields
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Experience with email automation tools and other platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics)
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact and other marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, etc for template customisation.
- Knowledge of Adobe, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or Photoshop is a benefit
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creative thinking and ideation
- Excellent writing and proofreading
- Project management skills with ddemonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent collaboration with the digital marketing specialist, designers, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
