You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other optimization strategies. Your work will directly impact business performance by making data-informed decisions that improve our product experience.Your duties will include some of the following tasks:

Conversion Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization tactics.
Experimentation & Analysis: Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and revenue.
Data Collection & Automation: Ensure data accuracy by optimizing tracking mechanisms while minimizing manual dependencies.
Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts to implement improvements based on experiment results.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear, concise reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Knowledge and skills you need to have

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent hands-on experience in data-driven optimization.
2+ years of experience in experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or related data analysis fields.

Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO).
Data analysis skills to interpret and apply insights from experiments.
Experience creating dashboards to visualize and communicate findings effectively.
Familiarity with front-end analytics tracking tools (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or FullStory).

Strong communication skills—ability to explain data insights to non-technical teams.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to optimization.
Comfortable working across different time zones (Europe & Americas).

Bonus points for the following

Experience in eCommerce, entertainment, or digital product industries.
Exposure to automation in experimentation workflows.
