The TPRM Risk and Performance Officer is responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of reporting tools/strategy/processes to oversee sectors Internal and External TPM risk and performance responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
**TPM Oversight**
- Conducts oversight of Third Party relationships to verify that the governance, risk, and control oversight activities are performed and completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate with Senior Managers, Business Stakeholders, multiple lines of defense, business process owners, and functional areas to build and maintain strong partnerships.
- Resolve TPM Process-level escalations coming from internal partners.
- Assist with change management of Enterprise-Wide Operating Procedures.
- Support creation of requirements for improving business and oversight processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
- Compile and present reports for regional boards on TPRM compliance as well as any relevant TPM updates and/or addressing concerns.
- Provide transparency into the effectiveness of key TPRM deliverables for senior management, through regular monthly reporting and ensuring the accuracy of the reporting.
- Educate sectors/businesses on proper use of TPRM framework, procedures and tools in alignment to our Third party management policy.

**Essential Criteria**:
- Bachelor's university degree finished
- Advanced English level
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Third Party Management is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Third Party Management processes, and risk and controls experience
- Strong skills in creation of technical documents and reporting tools
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Influencing skills are essential for this role, especially upwards into the senior management layer
- Attention to detail with strong emphasis on quality
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables in a large, global corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence desired outcomes at all levels of an organization.
