The **Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM)** function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results.
**Solutions Lead, VP**
The FRSS EUC (End User Computing) Solutions Lead will drive leadership, oversight and execution to identify solutions and deliver retirements of EUCs, in addition to oversight of the FRSS activities supporting the Appian (FINSAP) platform as related to the EUC Reduction agenda.
This role will require close coordination and collaboration with the FRSS EUC Reduction team, process teams located in FRSS Centers (Tampa, Manila, Mumbai and Costa Rica), GFT (Global Functions Technology) partners, Risk and Control as well as 3rd party vendors.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the FRSS EUC Reduction teams (including GFT) to understand the project goals/agenda, schedule and key milestones, especially in conjunction with the EUC consent order plan.
- Work with key partners to identify and ensure delivery of solutions to retire EUCs which can include process automation through or process reengineering.
- Responsible for project status reporting updates to relevant stakeholders, including the FRSS Global EUC Reduction Sponsors and/or FRSS Center Heads.
- Develop tracking and reporting to monitor progress of EUCs inventory with retirement path, owners and delivery timelines and document as part of the Book of Work (BoW) change management process.
- Lead FRSS activities supporting the Appian (FINSAP) platform as related to the EUC Reduction agenda including enhancements, change management and production support.
- Have a strong understanding of emerging risks to the project and work with key partners to mitigate/escalate risks in order to preserve the project agenda while ensuring alignment to EUC Consent Order milestones and deliverables.
- Lead meetings and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams, ensuring action items are delivered on target.
**Qualifications and Core Competencies**:
- 6-10 years of work experience in a global environment, familiarity with Banking industry is an advantage
- Experience in Technology projects (5+ years) aligned with software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Leadership and ease in interfacing with different stakeholder/cross func
