Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepancies
Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required
Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls
Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages
Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data
Responsible for accurate and timely payment to Primos and third parties (i.e. local authorities and vendors)
Responding to all enquiries within service level agreements
Point of contact for local payroll vendor(s)
Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracy
Responsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financials in payroll related P&L and BS accounts
Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned
Responsible for the annual preparation and monthly tracker of Primo Investment file and serve as POC for Structure Cost team.
Responsible for leading/executing process improvement & process excellence projects within Payroll team

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years of experience in this field)
University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources or related discipline
Language Skills: Fluent English. Other language such as: French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, German , Spanish, etc is a plus.
Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Intermediate knowledge of accounting/finance
Preferred: HR Payroll or Accounting previous experience. / Understanding of Payroll legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements)
