  • Validate the trial runs executed by the local vendors and identify discrepancies
  • Resolves discrepancies with technical and/or business personnel, implements corrective measures, and retests as required
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of on-cycle payrolls
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of off-cycle payrolls including severance packages
  • Responsible for the reconciliation, balancing and transmission of all vendor and bank interfaces/reports of payroll related data
  • Responsible for accurate and timely payment to Primos and third parties (i.e. local authorities and vendors)
  • Responding to all enquiries within service level agreements
  • Point of contact for local payroll vendor(s)
  • Complete SOX controls established to ensure the data integrity and accuracy
  • Responsible for preparing/reviewing the journal entries related to payroll and serve as a point of contact for finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financials in payroll related P&L and BS accounts
  • Responsible for process documentation and update for the processes owned
  • Responsible for the annual preparation and monthly tracker of Primo Investment file and serve as POC for Structure Cost team.
  • Responsible for leading/executing process improvement & process excellence projects within Payroll team
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Experience working in a Shared Services Center dealing with multi-country payrolls (at least 3 years of experience in this field)
  • University degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Human Resources or related discipline
  • Language Skills: Fluent English. Other language such as: French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, German , Spanish, etc is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advance MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting/finance
  • Preferred: HR Payroll or Accounting previous experience. / Understanding of Payroll legislation (tax, social security, retirement, pension & other statutory/regulatory requirements)
