Job Description:Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain Operations or related field required (a combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
A minimum of 4 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Ability to understand and manipulate complex data set from a variety of sources
Extensive ability to utilize analytical visualization tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI or other analytical visual solutions
Application of advanced analytical techniques to identify trends in data and recommend courses of action
Significant knowledge with Supply Chain operational model and ability to relate to stakeholders
SQL experience required

Develops project plans, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives * Identifies the type of resources required to support a project, and makes recommendations for specific people,technology, partners, etc * Monitors progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirementsBreaks down complex information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data) into understandable terminology and actionable conceptsUses technical knowledge and expertise to generate comprehendible, broadly applicable communications based on new and non-typical dataDesigns differentiated technical communications (content focus, style, presentation, etc.) for various internal and external audiences based on an understanding of their differing levels of familiarity with technical language * Serves as an expert in the efficient and effective gathering and organization of data

Utilizes a strategic approach to plan for the use of complex data to create synergies across teams

Selects appropriate analytical models and tools to analyze big data sets, develop business recommendations and support decision-making * Utilizes resources to maximize performance and value added; utilizes reports and tools to track operational efficiencyIdentifies processes, activities and tasks that do not add value; suggests improvements that impact the quality of products, services and processesConstantly works to improve own efficiency; double-checks the accuracy of the output of others to ensure high quality delivery * Guides others to collect information and analyze complex data and business problems

Identifies trends and uses data-driven insights to make recommendations
Gains stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
Helps customers explore and understand their wider business challenges
Builds understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements
Gathers pertinent information about a problem by analyzing data and patterns and identifying underlying issues
Researches and recommends more detailed solutions to resolve problems
Implements solutions based on advanced knowledge of standard practices and previous experiences
Escalates complex or unprecedented issues as needed

Provide in-depth insights by transforming large and complex sets of data into simplified, meaningful, and actionable trends and visualizations to support the business
Actively collaborate with business partners to design automated KPI's and metrics through Tableau visual dashboard with high level trends and actionable details supporting metrics and KPI's
Analyze, design and develop dashboards and/or reports using the framework along with in-depth data testing following best practices and guidelines
Drive business questions into reporting/analytical requirements Advocate for improving data quality and availability, test for quality when needed
Ability to interpret, compare and assess different data sources and create sql data sources (where applicable)
Establish partnerships with people across multiple disciplines and locations in technical teams and in the business teams
Actively collaborate with business partners to identify and document data source requirements Provide ongoing support of reporting and analytic reports, needs, and changes
Collaborate cross functionally across multiple levels of the organization
Present data to business leaders and users to help them make informed decisions
Train End Users in how to use the tools, and answers questions on reporting and data
Prioritize individual efforts on the highest value items to achieve business outcomes and high-performance results
Be creative, curious and innovation with a drive to always be learning and improving
