Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Maintain raw materials and finished goods inventory through accurate transactions, material transfers and movements, FG shipments, within locations.Supervise daily shipments to ensure all orders are shipped accurately and on time.Supervise receiving activities to assure correct inventory management.Supervises and trains all warehouse personnel on shipping, receiving, material kitting and warehouse transactions activities to ensure compliance of company procedures and systems and customer guidelines.Implement process for monitoring capacity constraints for both equipment and personnel in the warehouse area.Responsible for documented completion of training for staff/employees per current company procedures.Supervise and control external warehouse transactions.Qualifications:Associate’s degree in engineering, Business or equivalent experience directly related to the job function.Must have a minimum of 2-5 or more years’ experience in Warehouse Supervisory or another related field.Proficiency with ERP / Warehouse systems. SAP is a Must.English language knowledge at a minimum of B2 is a Must.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, supplier partnerships and JIT techniques such as Kanban is a Plus.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.Strong verbal and written communications skills to communicate with all levels of Associates.Must be a strong team player and have strong influencing skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.Good organizational skills.Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment.Accurate and attention to detail.Ability to assist and support others.Maintain emotional control under stress.Maintain positive attitude when dealing with customers.Occasional prolonged and irregular hours.Some lifting and carrying of heavy objects (25 lbs. or over).Ability of Walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, walking and/or climbing for periods of time as per job requirement.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
