In this role, you'll ensure that digital medical and scientific materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance, shaping impactful content for the US healthcare market.What You’ll Do1. Review and Quality Control of Digital Medical Content

Meticulously examine emails, banners, ads, infographics, websites, and other assets.
Perform checks for spelling, grammar, style, formatting, and clarity.
Validate scientific and medical accuracy aligned with regulatory standards.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and technical specifications.

2. Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with writers, designers, and project managers to refine deliverables.
Provide constructive feedback to improve clarity, quality, and compliance.

3. Maintain Documentation and Improve Processes

Keep thorough records of your quality control findings.
Track revisions, document outcomes, and contribute to ongoing improvement.

4. Ensure Visual & Regulatory Compliance

Review visual elements like charts, infographics, and images for scientific accuracy.
Cross-check compliance with US regulations and client guidelines before final approval.

Who You AreYou’re a passionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in science and language, driven by a commitment to quality and excellence.Your Qualifications

A higher degree in life sciences strongly preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
2-3 years of experience working in quality assurance for scientific or medical content.
Expertise in reviewing medical/scientific commercial materials such as emails, banners, and promotional assets.
Minimum C2 level proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written skills.
Knowledge of applicable US healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Your Skills

A meticulous eye for grammar, formatting, tone consistency, and scientific rigor.
Strong understanding of medical/scientific communication standards and brand alignment.
Collaborative mindset - thrive in cross-functional, global teams across diverse time zones.
Customer-service mentality with a proactive, growth-oriented approach.
Strong experience with IT tools such as Google Suite.
